Kid Cudi – Day ‘N’ Nite
I heard the remix of this song in the car on the way to campus one day. It was one of those ‘perfect’ remixes that you can just feel the hook coming, and it’s going to be amazing. I ended up missing 10 minutes of a class because we just chilled in the car until the song was over.
N.A.S.A – Gifted
Gifted is a really incredible motivation song. From Kanye’s ego-fuelled verse on rising to the top, to Santogold’s verse on smacktalking adversity, the entire song really just pushes you to try harder at whatever you’re doing. My favourite part? Lykke Li’s chorus.
