Daft Punk – Harder Better Faster Stronger (Alive 2007)

I have often said that they are one of the few bands that I would pay a pretty obscene amount of money to see live, and if they tour in 2010 I WILL be there. Doesn’t matter what it takes. I don’t want to do an “I effing love…” post because it would take me all day to post the songs that I enjoy.
Missing their show in 2007 still holds a place as one of the biggest sad face moments I have, and it never gets easier when I listen to Alive 2007, which is my favourite of their albums. The mix of Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger and Around the World has been listened to over 100 times on my mp3 player, and if there is one song that will finally burn out my iPod, it will likely be this one. The video is also an exceptional work, directed by Michel Gondry’s brother Oliver from hundreds of videos submitted by concert goers.
