P!nk- Get The Party Started (remix)
I never really got into P!nk, but I have always, always been into weird remixes that incorporate 80s songs by the Eurythmics.

There is something to be said for a remix (cover?) of a song that is written about a character from a David Bowie song. Not just any character, but Major effing Tom.
My love of Daft Punk is something that borders on legend. I have often said that they are one of the few bands that I would pay a pretty obscene amount of money to see live, and if they tour in 2010 I WILL be there. Doesn’t matter what it takes. I don’t want to do an “I effing love…” post because it would take me all day to post the songs that I enjoy.
Idioteque was, and still is, my favourite song on the album, but a part of me actually likes this version better. There’s something a bit more haunting about it, which is always something I admired in the songs on Kid A. Definitely worth a listen, even if this YouTube version does miss the last 3 seconds.
MSTRKRFT are already well on their way to getting their “I Effing Love…” post, but I haven’t got around to write it yet. Their remixes are gold, and this one is no exception.
After I heard the Crookers remix of Kid Cudi’s Day ‘N’ Nite, I couldn’t help looking up more of their stuff.
I heard the remix of this song in the car on the way to campus one day. It was one of those ‘perfect’ remixes that you can just feel the hook coming, and it’s going to be amazing. I ended up missing 10 minutes of a class because we just chilled in the car until the song was over.
